The World Needs Love and Peace - A Poem for Humanity

Strength and Honor and the Will to Fight, Terrorists claim it their historical right.

Standing on a doctrine 2,000 years old, They recruit innocence to die and be bold.

Terrorists are the enemy thus must pay, go to meet the maker as we show you the way.

Hypocrites of peace continually incite, They raise their voices and claim their might.

As the battle cry rages on, Human history adds verse to song.

Look in the mirror and see what you've done, Over a mythical past, religion and desert all gone.

Cruelty to women as the rest of the world pukes, now you threaten the global family with your nukes.

Live by the media and die by the sword, why do they die in the name of the lord.

Good bye and good reddens to the evil heads of sheet, look down at the dirt and your own feet.

Your manhood has wavered for it did not exist, We volunteers to fight evil continuing to enlist.

Strength and honor of Terrorists was not meant to be, their games and lies disallow them to be free.

The International Terrorists tried to re-create, the vision of humanity and extend their hate.

Their miscalculation of American will, caused them to look like a bottomless shrill.

Now they stand to meet their make, We send them to hell with thunder and quake.

Ignorant fools of hate hath we seen, now the middle east shall be wiped clean.

With the 1,000 suns and a lightening flash, we reduce the evil in Islam to Earth and Ash.

No more talk, not one more play, we must stop this Enemy without delay.

Thank you for peace on Earth and God Bless the USA.

How To Quit Smoking

Smoking has been linked to many health conditions, such as Lung Disease and Emphysema, both of which are often lethal, and thus many people have been trying for years to quit smoking. However, quitting is easier said than done as cigarettes have an ingredient known as nicotine, which makes smoking addictive and thus very difficult to quit.

Now, some people are able to stop smoking under their own power; however, thousands of others have suffered with their smoking problems for years and it is killing them slowly. It can be easier to quit smoking if you get some prescribed medication from your doctor which is used to help people overcome their addiction to nicotine, or use one of the many consumer products such as the Nicotine patch or Nicotine gum to help stop smoking. The bottom line is, if you are serious about quiting, there are lots of options out there.

Smoking is a very difficult habit to overcome, and for those who cannot quit by means of their own will power, it is recommended that they seek medical help to help stop smoking and overcome their addiction. Smoking is very dangerous and thus it is recommended that smokers begin the quitting processes quickly so that serious diseases do not have a chance to develop.

What You Need to Know About Benign Multicystic Mesothelioma

Benign multicystic mesothelioma is a form of non-cancerous mesothelioma. Mesothelioma affects the mesothelium, a protective membrane that protects and lines most of the body's internal organs, such as the lungs and the heart. It produces a fluid that lubricates the organs and prevents friction when they move against other internal organs in the body. The lungs, for example, can expand and contract during breathing without the danger of it getting worn or torn once it rubs against other structures. As a form of cancer, Mesothelioma is considered uncommon whether or not it is malignant or benign.

Benign multicystic mesothelioma affects the peritoneal tissue of the abdomen. This is the lining that surrounds organs like the bowel, spleen and the liver. It may also affect the pleura, the lining that covers the lungs. A person with this disease will develop tumors in the affected areas. If the tumors grow, they will cause difficulty in breathing or cause pain in the abdomen because of the added pressure placed on the lungs or in the stomach cavity.

Symptoms
Making a diagnosis of benign multicystic mesothelioma is always a challenge because a patient can appear to be without any symptoms. However, there are certain symptoms that may point to the disease such as, chest or abdominal pain, chronic cough, difficulty in breathing or in moving bowels, shortness of breath, fever, nausea, vomiting, anemia, swollen feet, fluid build-up in the lungs or in the abdominal area and unexplained weight loss.

These symptoms appear once the infection begins to spread or when the tumors grow too big. Complications may also occur once fluid escapes into the pleura of the lungs and may pose a serious health risk.

Causes
As with the malignant form of mesothelioma, the cause of benign multicystic mesothelioma is exposure to asbestos. This places workers involved in industries and occupations where asbestos is produced or used at a high risk of developing the disease. This includes people whose occupations belong to certain industries such as construction, demolition, automobile, ship yards, power plants, steel mills, oil refineries, factories, railroads and asbestos mining.

Unfortunately, asbestos exposure is not only limited to workers in high-risk industries. People may also be exposed to asbestos through tainted drinking water, use of products that contain vermiculite such as some pesticides and fertilizers, exposure to some older appliances that contain asbestos or by living with a person who is exposed to the material. Asbestos fibers can cling to a worker's skin, hair or clothing and he or she may bring it home without even knowing it.

Diagnosis of benign multicystic mesothelioma
People suspected of having this disease have to undergo a physical examination. This will include a chest x-ray and CT scan of the affected areas. Biopsies of tissue samples taken from the lung or the abdomen will also help in determining whether a person has benign multicystic mesothelioma.

Once a diagnosis has been made, a treatment option will be prescribed. Prognosis for people with benign multicystic mesothelioma is significantly better compared to those with other forms of mesothelioma. With early diagnosis and prompt treatment, patients can expect a better outcome compared to people with the malignant form.

Treatment
The goal of treating benign multicystic mesothelioma is to remove the cause of the pain or discomfort. Which treatment options to use will depend on the need for an immediate solution and on the severity of the disease. In this case, the target of the treatment is to eliminate the tumors. It's not always possible to eradicate all tumors present in the affected area, but surgical removal will prevent symptoms and alleviate any pain.

Chemotherapy may also be used to target the infected areas. With radiation therapy, tumors are either shrunk or destroyed using high energy beams. As a final solution to the disease, it is important that further exposure to asbestos is either limited to such an extreme as to produce only the minimum risk, or to avoid even mild exposure altogether.

Benign multicystic mesothelioma is a highly treatable disease. If you experience any of the symptoms or have had prior exposure to asbestos, it's always best to consult a doctor for a proper medical evaluation and diagnosis. This disease may not be cancerous, but it is still a health risk and may prevent you from living your life fully. You may even want to get in touch with a qualified lawyer to help you obtain compensation for the suffering you have experienced.

Use a Finish to Your Wooden Floors for Proper Wood Furniture Care

If you have wooden flooring then you may have noticed that it does not take much for the floor to become damaged and worn. However, with a little added protection you can easily help to stop this damage and keep your wooden flooring looking as good as new. One way to do this is to add a finish to the floor and that will help to protect it from any wear and tear as well as potential environmental damage.

The Different Types of Wood Floor Finish Products Available

There are different types of wood floor finish products available to purchase and each one has its own requirements as to how to keep it looking good afterwards. Also not all finishing products are the same time wise either. Some will take longer to apply than others and so when you actually do go on the lookout for a product to suit you, make sure that you do keep this in mind.

Generally people tend to turn towards the penetrating sealer which is used to penetrate the woods surface. It has a slight satin type finish and the reason it is so popular is because it is extremely hardy and it will last for ages no matter whether there is a lot of people walking over it or not with just one coat. However if you do have a lot of people coming and going where the flooring is going to be, it would still be a good idea to add a second coat just in case. In order to place this second coat on properly, it would be a good idea to first do the initial coat and let it dry.

Then use a fine steel wool to gently and slowly buff the surface of the floor. Only do this gently as otherwise you will take the first layer off and that is not what you want! After you have made the layer smooth, it is then that you should apply the second layer and let it dry thoroughly before anybody walks over it. Of course not everybody has a large time gap in which they can leave the floor to dry so if that sounds like you then you will be pleased to know that there is a fast drying option available for you to choose from as well as a normal drying option. If you do not want to try the penetrating sealer then there are other varieties available.

The Surface Finish range is also fairly good and the polyurethane is also particularly popular. This would be ideal if you were placing the flooring in the kitchen or the bathroom for example as it has a high tolerance for moisture. You can choose to purchase these surface finishes in either a high gloss option or a matte option; it all basically depends upon individual preference.

Overall all of the different types of finishes are different and it would be a wise idea to do a little research before actually purchasing one for your home. Some will show imperfections more than others for example and some look slightly glossier than others. So look around and decide upon where you are having the wooden floor and what protection it might need. That way you will end up with a wood floor finish which will last for years to come.

Vitamins For Autism Diet

You may have heard that including certain vitamins for an autism diet can help your autistic kid focus better. These can be of help even while you have already eliminated casein or gluten from his or her diet. A deficiency in specific vitamins can bring about a body or brain malfunction.

According to scientific studies, the most useful vitamin in the autism diet is vitamin B6. Since 1965, there have been 18 major studies on the uses of vitamin B6 to fight autism. In 8 of those studies, children with abnormalities in their urine, after taking B6 and magnesium, had normal urine.

Also, B6, when taken with magnesium and other B vitamins, has been shown to help autistic children with better mental focus and more awareness about their surrounding social environment. It may sound a little dramatic but it is reported that some children, after taking vitamins and supplements, even spoke for the first time. If you have a child that has a speech delay, then this can be hopeful news for you. If you would like to give your child vitamin B6, be sure to also include magnesium supplements for his autism diet. The reason for that is that vitamin B6 causes a magnesium deficiency in the body.

Vitamin C is another vitamin that you should consider for the autism diet. Just about any person, whether autistic or not, should not have a vitamin C deficiency. A lack of Vitamin C can result in confusion and disorientation. Hence, it goes to show that that vitamin C has a major effect on how a person's brain functions. While there have not been very many studies on how vitamin C affects autism, the few that there have been have been successful. Most of the children tested showed similar results to the B6. After a period of taking Vitamin C, these children started paying attention to their surroundings and being more interactive with others.

There are also a number of other herbs, vitamins and supplements that you can include in the autism diet for your child. Some of the most common are folic acid, St. John's wort and Ginko Biloba. While no single item has a major positive effect on its own, studies do show that several vitamins and supplements working together produce excellent results.

Do consult your child's pediatrician about adding vitamins for autism diet. You would need to monitor your child's progress just to check if he did benefit from these vitamins. Also, let the teachers in school know or any child care involved know about his special autism diet. That way, everyone can help you track your child's development and improvement in social behavior if any.

Online Gambling Vs Traditional Gambling

Gambling has been around for centuries. It is only in the 20th century that this has grown bigger and on a global scale that involves more than just a dice.

There are 2 kinds of casinos. The first is the traditional kind where an individual can walk in and start playing any of the games available in the hotel. The purpose is to make money in the hopes of making more after a few rounds at the table.

Traditional gambling is composed of three games. These are table games, gaming machines and random games. The money that a person shells out is converted into chips which are used when joining any of the games. Some require a minimum amount to join that may offer a huge cash out.

The only thing that does not require the conversion of cash into chips is what is used on slot machines. All it takes is for the person to put a quarter into the machine then pulling on the lever.

Traditional casino games provide a long term advantage to the establishment. This is because the odds are always in the favor of the establishment. The longer the person stays with the illusion of making more, there is a good chance it will be lost. When one notices that odds are no longer in the favor of the player, it is best to stop or move to another table.

Another disadvantage for those who play at the tables is that these establishments do not give the person the true payout for winning. An example is in a game where the odds are 1 in 6. Should the person win, the player should be paid 6 times the amount placed on the bet. Normally, casinos only pay 5 times its worth.

The other kind of gambling is in the form of an online casino. A player can join as long as the there is a computer and an internet connection. The software for such a game can be downloaded or done by logging on an internet browser.

Most of the games offered on online casinos are also available in the traditional casino. Some advantages to this could be getting higher payback percentages and bonuses for signing in.

The disadvantage of online casinos is that there is a chance that the player will not be paid for the winnings that were earned. Casinos do this in the hopes that the person will lose it all later in the succeeding rounds.

Another problem of downloading such software is that there is chances that there is a virus that may also affect ones computer. To avoid being victimized by such sites, it is best to ask others who can refer which ones are safe.

Some people think that gambling is the easiest way out of being in the slums. However, the odds of losing in gambling are much higher than that of winning.

There are advantages and disadvantages between these 2 forms of gambling. Before the player decides to try it out, it is best to know where to set the limits. Gambling is proven to be addictive and it has destroyed lives. Should the person face that or know someone who is a compulsive gambler, it is best to get help before it gets any worse.

Hindsight is 20/20: The Ultimate Optical Illusion

Hindsight is 20/20.

Not!

We've been conditioned to reflect upon the repercussions of a catastrophic life experience and lament, "If I only would have...Hindsight, is 20/20." Most of us are aware that 20/20 is an acuity index used to express normal vision (the clarity or sharpness of vision). That means if you have 20/20 vision, from 20 feet away, you see what most people can see from 20 feet away. The results we receive after we read the letters on the Snellen Eye Chart only measure what we see from 20 feet away, at the time of the examination. Likewise, a real time, life experience can only measure what we can see, during the time of the life experience.

When we step back and separate ourselves from a lesson-learned, life experience, we receive what is referred to as "hindsight." Hindsight is the process of deriving meaning from what we have seen or experienced. It's an examination of the "lesson learned." Hindsight allows us to reflect and clearly see our past, then, with depth perception, connect it to our "now." When we fuse these two pictures together, we gain optimal focus and extraordinary clarity. It allows us to shed light on a decade-old event with pristine, peripheral vision. Hindsight let's us start from the beginning, middle or end. From here, we can go fast or slow; up or down, forward or backwards. We can even pause or use a high power lens to zoom in and inspect. Hindsight rocks! It allows us to see clearly even from the great distance of years! That's not "normal" vision; therefore, hindsight couldn't possibly be 20/20.

You may be wondering, "Well, if hindsight isn't 20/20, then, what is it?" In truth, hindsight is at least 40/20. Remember, 20/20 vision is what is recognized as "normal vision." From 20 feet away, you see what most people see from 20 feet away. Hindsight is closer to 40/20, which is exceptional vision. This means that from 40 feet away, you see what the rest of us can only see from 20 feet away. Does that make sense? 40/20 hindsight vision indicates that when you step back from a life experience, your perception is amazingly sharper and loaded with much more detail so you can learn the life lesson. It was impossible to do this when you were closer and actually living the experience in real time.

It's hard to imagine anything more important than learning from life's lessons. And, as you can see, it's so unsophisticated, it's misunderstood. My hope is that with the insight contained in "Hindsight is 20/20: The Ultimate Optical Illusion," you're actually looking forward to your next examination.

Early Summer Steelhead Return Encouraging

With a dismal Spring Chinook season ready to come to an end, the early return of Rogue River Summer Steelhead has anglers brimming with hope.

With over 4000 steelhead over Gold Rey Dam, (as of July 21st) angling for what many consider the crown jewel of Rogue River fish, has been consistent, if not downright HOT!!

Reports of ten pound(or better) fish have been coming in,and these fish are aggressive and seem to be taking both bait and flies. As an extra bonus, with the lack of salmon fishermen lining the banks of the Rogue, the ultimate fishing experience is downright pleasant.

I spent a day last week floating the upper Rogue and between our six fishermen we boated over 150 fish. The bulk of them were trout and half pounders, but our boat landed four steelhead over six pounds, with the largest a nice wild 30 inch beauty that had us doing a Chinese fire drill as we chased it down river. For those of you familiar with the summer run of steelhead on the Rogue, you know that fish much over 24 or 25 inches in July are pretty rare. So, to say that this early return of steelhead is encouraging, is quite the understatement. Just for good measure we hooked --but unfortunately lost- a couple of Spring Chinook that kept us busy for twenty minutes while we tried to land them on eight pound test.

We were also lucky enough to get a cool cloud covering that kept us from suffering in the predicted 106 degree temperatures that had been forecast for that day.

So, for those of you that are depressed over the poor return of salmon this year on the Rogue River, you can get out your flyfishing gear, light tackle, and Tevas and start fishing for Summer Steelhead.

Picking a Mortgage Broker

The key to getting the best financing for your home purchase is to use a mortgage broker to shop the various loans available. Before you can do that, you need to know how to pick one.

A mortgage broker is an independent loan professional. Put another way, he or she is not affiliated with a particular lender. Instead, the broker helps clients shop are large number of lenders for the best loan rates. This can be particularly helpful when finding wholesale lenders that do not deal directly with the public. Regardless, using a mortgage broker versus a lender is similar to shopping for a new car across a variety or dealers versus just going to one dealer and hoping not to get skinned alive.

While a mortgage broker can be a key ally in finding a good loan, you obviously need to pick the right broker. As with any profession, there are excellent brokers and ones that are not so great. Here are a couple of points to raise when you interview brokers.

Variety of Lenders You are going to a broker to get the best deal. This means the broker needs to shop the loan across a wide variety of lenders. Ask the broker how many lenders he or she works with. Also ask the broker which lenders accept his or her business and which do not.

Alternative Loan Proposals A good loan broker will never try to force feed you a particular loan. Instead, they will discuss your situation with you and then suggest a few proposed loan programs. At this point, a quality mortgage broker will also prepare a profile of the different loans and how your payments, interest rates and so on would look with each loan. All loans have benefits and drawbacks, so you want to be able to evaluate different proposals.

Staffing A mortgage broker is not done when they find you a loan. They are responsible for submitting the documents and dealing with the lender if there are any questions or problems. Essentially, the broker is responsible for handling the paperwork and red tape. A quality broker will have an assistant and processor to help stay on top of your loan. He or she should be willing to identify them to you, even introduce you.

As weird as it may sound, there is one final area that you need to ask about. Will the broker give you his or cell phone number? Most do, but some dont. If a broker refuses to give you the number, move on. It is a very bad sign.

Sergio Haros is with Great Western Mortgage - mortgage brokers providing home loans.
