But still every plane, how so ever advanced it might be still is made on the basic principle that Wright brothers had used more than hundred years ago, when they made the first plane that really flew.

In 1961 when John F. Kennedy became the president of USA, he gave a dream. America will be on the moon before the end of the decade. And what was the result? In 1969, Neil Armstrong of the United States of America was the first man to land on moon. When JFK made that historic declaration, USSR was much ahead of USA in space technology. But, it was the dream of a man that won.

India has always been a huge country with diverse languages, culture and religion. Though this made India rich, this was also the greatest weakness that the British colonial rulers exploited. They employed one of the most successful colonial strategy ever used in the world, "Divide and Rule." This why the dream must be something that is emotionally backed up with a strong desire to achieve it, and that will translate itself into passion.

Obsession is different from passion. Obsession is born out of fear, greed, and insecurity. People who are obsessed are the people who become workaholic and suffer from stress, ignore relationships, and practically do not live a life. These people are not successful, even if they amass a lot of wealth. On the other hand the people with passion are positive. They do everything with an unselfish sense of purpose. Obviously, when they work, they do it with love and a go-give attitude. They enjoy good relationships, are open minded, enjoys good health and are truly successful.

Each one us has been gifted with the power to dream and visualize. But then why is it that only twenty percent of the people in this world are successful. Why is it that twenty percent of the people in the world control eighty percent of its wealth?

The Globalist Free Traders have found an evangelist in Thomas Friedman of the New York Times. In his book The World is Flat, Friedman calls periods in history that paved the way for Globalization and Free Trade flatteners but he skips over some of the most major ones. The Lend Lease Act in the World War 2 era is one of them. It changed the course of history and it demonstrated that you can't do business with people who do not have money. You either have to find a way to get money to them or you have to give them things to restore their economic values in a balanced geopolitical setting. You can not move production from place to place seeking the cheapest labor markets of the world because there is an endless pool of workers who will do most anything to survive and they will never have enough money to buy anything the economic host nation may still have left to sell.

In the end, you have a continuous diminishing process where a working poor class needs cheaper and cheaper prices while the impoverished destitute classes do not make enough money to grow their own economy proving you can not do business with people who do not have money. You can only use them for selfish purposes. This then acts as a boomerang coming back to knock you out too. It is like a dog chasing its own tail. Consumers in the USA shop their way out of their jobs. The money spent at the retail levels quickly fans out to the places where the products are made. The money does not stay in the USA to regrow its own economy.

Who won World War 2? The American workers did. Who lost World War 2 fifty years later? The American workers have. The U.S. has gone through the most massive dislocation of workers in U.S. history with millions losing their jobs. More than 700,000 workers related to the steel industry, over 400,000 auto workers and over a million workers in the computer industry lost their jobs. One third of those over 55 who lost their jobs never found another. Now, workers as taxpayers pay to bring in foreign auto assemblers. The State of Indiana after all things are considered, is paying Honda about 150 million dollars to bring an assembly plant into their state. This will provide 4000 new assembly jobs but recently, close to 20,000 auto parts factory workers have lost their jobs in the state. Taxpayers in other states have paid out even more to get KIA, BMW and other foreign auto assemblers to come to their states. Misssissippi is paying KIA 400 million dollars to assemble KIA automobiles in their state. These autos are describes as being built in the USA and not Made in the USA since the parts come from the wage slave workers of the world. The number of assembly workers in all these foreign plants is only a fraction of the workers of the existing workers in U.S. auto manufacturing plants. They also work for about one half of what the auto workers made in the past.

Who won World War two in the final analysis?

Let us go back in time to 1940. The USA was still coming out of the Great Depression. Tariffs were blamed as the major cause of the depression. However the main cause of the Depression was the stock market crash and the economy took this big hit during a time when tariffs were not even applicable. Free Traders today like to blame the Smooth-Hawley Tariffs as the cause of the Depression, but this bill was passed after the Stock Market crash in 1930 and never really did take hold before Roosevelt took over. Soon afterwards Roosevelt had the authority to lower and raise Tariffs at will in 1934

The next phase ignited the most powerful industrial might in history. Tariffs had no part in the process. Roosevelt knew our nation could not mobilize by semi-independent ways - mobilization had to come as a whole based on many vital needs whether for the military or for civilian uses. President Roosevelt had to sell the war to the American people in a sequence of actions. He started out by doing it with executive orders and schemes. Roosevelt said- what I am trying to do is eliminate the dollar sign - we need to get rid of the silly foolish dollar sign. This was good news to England and Russia who did not have much money left to fight a war.

Thus began the first wave of Free Trade but it was built on giving away products made in the USA. Many Americans accepted the premise thinking they could stay out of the war while building up our economy at the same time.

After World War 1, the allies wanted Germany to be just one big farm without any production capabilities. Hitler came and filled the void by creating a strong military to invade other countries killing people who were in the way. In the process, Hitler demonstrated how a war machine can create industrial might out of nothing. China and Russia with a elite groups controlling the masses did not have this same capacities but still killed millions for their causes. They killed more than Germany ever did, but the USA chose Germany to be their first enemy. At the same time Japan was claiming a right to the mainland for the sake of their own economic survival. The U.S. approved their claim at the beginning of the century but reversed their agreements with Japan in the 1930s. Japan felt the U.S. betrayed them. This set the stage for Pearl Harbor. After all is said and done, it was really not a surprise attack.

Roosevelt did not want money to get in the way. He took many by surprise when he said, what I am trying to do is to eliminate the dollar sign- we need to get rid of the silly foolish old dollar sign. This also meshed with the new economic theories stating you do not owe anybody and money if you owe yourself. On September 2, 1940, Roosevelt gave Britain 50 Navy Destroyers under his own executive order. This violated international laws and understanding about neutrality. In essence, the U.S.A unofficially declared war on Germany on September 2, 1940.

Around the same time, Roosevelt used an old 1917 law to trade in planes to private manufacturers for newer models with the understanding the private firms would then send the old model planes to Britain at no costs. Then Roosevelt took a further step. After getting re- elected, he had Congress approved the Lend-Lease Act which bypassed any money problems the British and Communist Russia may have had. Right after getting the act passed, Roosevelt made up a list of products we could lend the allies. However, out of the billions of dollars of products sent to the allies, the U.S. was later repaid for just a fraction of the total amounts including the ten per cent of the total U.S. agricultural production that went to Britain and Russia. The U.S.A. also produced and supplied 50% of all the munitions used in World War 2.

Of course, this brought prosperity to the USA. After the war, based on the awesome industrial power, the USA launched the Marshall Plan. This helped restore the local value added economies in Europe and Asia. If we gave Japan this vast economic boost before the war, there would have been really no reason for the war with Japan. Free Traders ignore most of this and chant about non-existent Tariffs that broke our economy during the pre-war era when the undeclared war started years before with Roosevelt's version of Free Trade. They chant how competition rules the game but as we know this was not the case during the World War 2 era. Then and now it is very questionable if the U.S.A ever had to compete in a global arena. Who, what, when and where concluded we had to compete in a global arena.

Lend-Lease did show that the only thing that works are local value added economies that grow values up several levels from raw product to the retail or end user stage. It also demonstrates , you can not fight any war of any long duration without a strong industrial sector. Today, we have chopped up our local value added economies and scattered the pieces all over the world. In the World War 2 era, we gave away the golden eggs laid by our golden goose industrial might. Now we have chopped up the goose and sent the pieces across the globe. Why have research and development if the manufacturing phase goes somewhere else? Now we have a small high tech army being defeated in a small country with human bombs. Rumsfeld war theories are like a young boy who grew too fast and needs to to get out of any fight fast before his weak stature is exposed. Finally, President Franklin Roosevelt said, economic diseases are highly communicable. I wonder what he would say today. So how will you attract visitors and keep them coming back to your blog?

1. Be clear in your mind and in your readers' minds what the focus of your blog is. "MLM" is just too wide - make it more specific and personal. More than anything, dig down into your passion. 2. Start out just like you already have a huge audience of avid readers. Talk to each reader individually. If you make me feel that what you write is directed personally to me, it's impossible for me to look away. But if you take a "you people" attitude, as so many bloggers and marketers do, it's obvious you're not talking to me ... which means you don't understand how relationships work, which means you're probably not someone I can learn anything from.

3. You have a responsibility to me. Your posts do not need to be long or profound - 100-300 words is sufficient. But every single one of your posts sure as heck better have some value for me, or I may be gone forever.

4. Look at your blog like it is your life's work, the #1 contribution you will make to the world in your lifetime. Consider the lessons you have learned in your life, stories of your failures and what they have taught you. Tell me about the mentors you have had, whether in person or in books. What life-changing lessons have you learned from them? Tell me your stories, your insights, what you've learned, what inspires you, great MLM resources you've found, tips, tricks, traps, etc.

5. Read #3 again. Each time you write, focus on giving value to each reader. It doesn't matter if NOBODY is reading your blog yet. When somebody does show up, be sure they get value immediately. You want them to say, "Holy mackeral! Where have YOU been all my life?" Dig deep inside you, and then examine what you find from your reader's viewpoint. It sounds weird, but it just takes practice for it to become natural for you.

If you give value every time, readers will come back. You will build a relationship. And they will mention you to their friends. You will build relationships with them, too. The more value you give, the more attractive you will become to those who want to be "a mentor with a servant's heart."

Of course, THOSE are the people who will build your MLM business. If they stop by on the day the dog pissed on the carpet and you're just thinking about your troubles and you post a short article about nothing, because you are out of sorts ... well, then, that potential big network marketing business-builder will never come back.

6. Be a professional. Set a standard that every single post you make provides definite value to your readers. Then you never have to worry about losing the best people. They will bond with you because they see you are one of them - that "mentor with a servant's heart."

7. Every day, put your "servant's heart" out there for us to see. The more you contribute to all these people you've never met, the more they will be inspired by your mlm blogging, the more they will bond with you and want to be a part of what you are doing, and the more they will call to ask if they can join you in your business.

Lists of baby names are always fun to look at, whether you're seeking a name for your soon-to-be-born baby boy or baby girl, wondering about the popularity of your own first name, or just curious about what baby names are currently hot.

What I find particularly interesting is tracking the popularity of baby names over the decades. In looking through U.S. government baby name lists from 1880 to the present, some amusing patterns emerge, particularly in regards to baby names for girls.

For example, in Victorian times Biblical names, such as Mary, Sarah and Ruth were very popular for baby girls. There were also many baby names that sounded very old-fashioned to me, as a kid growing up in the 1960s, including names like Martha, Alice, Bertha and Minnie.

From the 1920s to the 1950s certain baby names rose in popularity. For example, I went to school with many Susans, Debbies, Patricias, and Lindas. All of these baby names have since waned, to be replaced, by the 1980s, with fancier names such as Jennifer, Jessica and Nicole. When I was a children's librarian in the 1980s my preschool storyhours were populated with little girls named Lauren and Jenny, and little boys named Alex and Matthew.

More recently there's been a lot of renewed interest in more "old-fashioned" baby names like Hannah, Abigail and Ethan, plus many Biblical names such as Sarah, Rachel, Joshua, Jacob, and Samuel. There's also been a surge in nontraditional baby names including Madison, Ashley and Brianna for baby girls, and Brandon and Logan for baby boys.

It's interesting to consider the whys and wherefores of such developments. Sometimes, I suspect, the popularity of a specific actor or fictional character might result in many babies with a particular name. For example, were some of the Lauras born in the 1970s and 1980s given a name suggested by older brothers and sisters who were growing up watching "Little House on the Prairie ?" Were some attributable to the super popular Laura of "General Hospital" fame ?

Today Madison is a very highly ranked baby name for girls (ranking number 3 in 2003) but, when the film "Splash" came out in 1984, Tom Hanks' character told Daryl Hannah's character that Madison was not a bona fide first name.

While baby girls' names seem quite subject to the whims of fashion and the top ten lists can change radically over time, I've noticed that, in general, the top baby names for boys remain far more stable. Names like John, William and James are perennials, perhaps because baby boys are often named for their fathers, perpetuating the popularity of certain baby names from generation to generation. The "Junior" factor aside, baby boys are also less apt to be given fanciful names.

A comparison of the changing fortunes of my own first name, Barbara, with those of my husband's name, Robert, gives a good illustration of the difference in stability between baby girl names and baby boy names over time.

My name grew in popularity in the 1930s, '40s and '50s, peaking at the number 2 position in baby name popularity, which it tenaciously held from 1937 to 1944. When I attended grad school, of a class of approximately forty students, there were no less than three baby boomers named Barbara. Should I thank the actress Barbara Stanwyck for this? Alas, my first name later suffered a slow, steady decline and placed at a pitiful number 628 position on the baby names popularity list for the U.S. in 2003.

Robert, on the other hand, has survived the vicissitudes of baby name popularity. It held a coveted spot on the top ten most popular baby names list every year from 1896 to the late 1980s, often peaking at number 1 between the 1920s and the 1950s. It has gradually slipped since the 1990s, but still managed to hold the respectable slot of number 35 in 2003.

When naming a baby there are, of course, many other points to consider besides how popular or unique a name is. Here are some helpful tips that you can use with your other children to get them involved in choosing a name for the new baby and to make the process fun:

1. Baby names need to go nicely with the sound of your last name. Also, pick a first name and a middle name that go together well. (So maybe not something like Erasmus Beelzebub Smith!)

2. When your family finds a name you all like, look at the initials to be sure that you don't give the new baby a name with initials that will make people laugh. (So maybe not Pamela Iris Green, which equals P.I.G.!)

3. You might not want a baby name that is so unusual that the other kids will make fun of your little brother or sister as he or she grows up. (So maybe not Rosebud or Molasses!)

4. You also might not want a baby name that is so trendy that it will sound funny by the time the baby is ten years old. (So maybe not Sunshine!)

5. You probably shouldn't pick a name that's really cute for an adorable little baby but will sound silly when the baby grows up. (So maybe not Dimples!)

6. Avoid baby names that might produce insulting nicknames when people shorten them. (So maybe not Smellonius, or Smelly for short!)

7. You and your family might not want a name that is so hard to spell or to pronounce that people will always get it wrong and your poor little brother or sister will have to go through life correcting people. (So maybe not something like Incandescence, or is it Incandessints? )

8. You and your family might want to pick baby names in honor of favorite relatives or ancestors, or special names that show your family's ethnic roots. You might even find a special name from a book or movie that you love. (Like Harry?)

People are always asking, How can you help to increase my internet sales? And all too often, when I ask them to tell me about their business models I discover theyre selling only one product. So I ask them, Have you ever considered selling backend products to your customers?

Backend products are simply other products you can offer to your existing customers after theyve made their initial purchase.In fact, by adding just one more product to your site, you can increase the lifetime value of your customersand increase your revenueby 30 to 50 percent.

For example, you can:

Offer products that complement your initial product. For instance, if you sell laptop, offer your customers a laptop bag to carry them in. That way, if they like the product, they can buy it as a gift for family and friends.

3. Use paid subscriptions as backend products. If youve established yourself as an expert in your industry, you can build on your reputation by offering a subscription to premium information, available only to members. For example, if your main product is a fly fishing kit, you could sell a subscription to an exclusive course on advanced fly fishing techniques as a back-end product. You could deliver this paid-for content through a members-only website or by e-mail.

4. Try splitting up your current product. For example, if you were selling a book on how to organize your home, you could offer a basic version for $9.95 to generate a large volume of sales at a low price. Then, 30 days later, you could offer your customers an advanced, expanded version that includes home office management and scheduling software for $29.95 or even $39.95and increase your profits dramatically.

5. Try selling your customers an upgrade to their product. If theyve used and liked your basic model, your customers will be open to receiving offers for an upgraded version. For example, if you sell e-books that teach people how to use a particular piece of software, you can sell updated versions to previous buyers when the software package in question is upgraded.

6. Write a book or create a video. E-books are great backend products with high profit margins. Consider writing a short book on a topic related to your product or service. For instance, if you sell gourmet puppy food, you might consider writing a book titled Training Secrets That Will Have Every Puppy Housebroken and Learning Basic Obedience in Less Than One Week. You could even offer a special video that complements your product or service: If you sell barbecue equipment, you might offer a video that teaches people how to perfect their barbecuing techniques.

7. Offer someone elses product. Probably the fastestand easiestway to add new products to your site is to join another businesss affiliate program and recommend their products in exchange for a percentage of each resulting sale. Selling affiliate products can be a very lucrative way to increase your sales, especially since you dont have to spend any time or money developing a new product of your own.
